Originally from the US , I have many years of client relations, marketing, and project management experience across the world.
From North America, Europe, and Australasia I spent my career working in the travel, tourism, and manufacturing sectors as a highly regarded relationship manager, marketing manager, and successful cross cultural management trainer. With strong problem solving capabilities and stellar organizational skills, my business acumen has been a valued asset to many dynamic work environments.
Looking to make a difference, I have been recognised for my leadership capabilities as the recipient of 3 leadership awards from highly regarded academic institutions and trade associations. A soft skills professional, I have continued to fine tune customer experience management throughout my professional career. I graduated with a BSc in Hospitality Administration from Boston University and continued on my path of higher education by gaining a MBA in International Business at the University of Edinburgh in 2007.
In my spare time, I continue to search the corners of the world for a great adventure and keeps up with improving my Mandarin. I also love to hike and plan to raise money for a charitable excursion to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro.
